A face behind a prophet on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel inspired the artist to create an angel who has no age, no sex and never dyes. The artist chosen pallet with opposite colors of the spectrum, oranges and violets brought this painting alive. The resembling découpage look of the figure on top of the background was also an aspect sought by the artist which creates an extraordinary look.

Yellow, orange, red and violet or purple traverses the painting as a rainbow crossing the sky.
