How to Buy


Buyer Information Collection: To complete a purchase, buyers must provide their name, email address, and phone number for transactional purposes. This information is securely stored and used exclusively for order processing, shipping, and communication regarding their purchase.

Payment Method: We offer the following convenient secure payment methods: VISA,

Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and various other methods such as Affirm, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. At anytime during checkout, please select one of those payment methods to make your purchases.


Privacy Assurance: We guarantee the confidentiality and security of all personal information collected from buyers during the purchase process.


Transaction Security: Each transaction processed through PayPal will adhere to PayPal's terms and conditions, ensuring a secure payment process for both the buyer and the artist.


Approval Process for commissions: For commissions, buyers will receive pictures of the artwork for approval before final production. Once the buyer approves the artwork, the sale becomes final, and the artist does not offer refunds.


Communication: Buyers will receive order confirmations, shipping details, and any necessary communications related to their purchase via the provided email or phone number.


Compliance: We assure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection, usage, and protection of buyer information, payment processing, and online sales

Delivery & Returns

Works will be delivered to the address indicated in your order an average of 10 business days after your order has been placed (it might be a little longer in August and December). Upon receipt of the order, the delivery receipt must be signed by the buyer to serve as proof in case of contestation. If delivered to an address not that of the buyer, the receipt must be signed by the recipient. In case of damages during shipping, the buyer has three days to notify JPRousselet Arts.

Deliveries are carried out by UPS ground and DHL, through continental United States. For international and outside continental United States the shipping has to be priced by the carrier. All artwork is insured during transportation.


Security Payment

"To complete your order, you have the option for PayPlal for now, soon we will be offering other payment methods.

Payments made by Carte Bleue are fully secure, thanks to the latest SSL 128-bit encryption technologies, along with 3D Secure authentication, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Additionally, we assure you that JPRousselet Arts never has access to your banking details.

Satisfied or Refunded

Our Goal: Pleasure, Simplicity, and 100% Satisfaction

You can return the work in its original packing during a 15-day period after delivery. You will be asked to contact JPRousselet Arts (email) and will be offered to choose another work or to be reimbursed (minus shipping expenses). Return shipping expenses and risks are at the cost of the client.


All artworks selected and sold by JPRousselet Arts are original pieces, signed by the artists, and a certificate of authenticity will be emailed to customer. All certificates of authenticity are printed and emailed together to all customers once a month.
